Abstract

Students who are about to enter the workforce face increasingly complex challenges amid global competition. In an era of dynamic change and increasingly selective recruitment patterns, more than just academic intelligence is required to compete in the labor market. The ability to build a strong personal brand, along with professionalism reflected through attitude, ethics, and communication skills, becomes a crucial factor in succeeding during the job selection process and adjusting to professional environments. This article is the result of a community service activity aimed at enhancing students' awareness and skills in developing a positive personal brand and practicing professional values. The activity was conducted through interactive seminars, group discussions, and job interview simulations using a participatory approach. The results showed improvements in students' understanding, communication skills, and awareness of the importance of building a personal image and demonstrating professionalism. This initiative makes a meaningful contribution in preparing students to become excellent and adaptable future professionals in an ever-evolving workplace
